Save your body measurements once, and we'll show a fit-match indicator on every garment. Green means great fit, yellow means close, red means check twice.
Rent & Pay
Pick your event dates, pay only the rental fee + shipping. Your security hold stays in your bank — never charged. Like a hotel check-in hold.
Receive & Inspect
The garment arrives at your doorstep via tracked courier. Take condition photos when you receive it (the app prompts you). Report any issues within 12 hours.
Wear the Moment
Wear the garment to your celebration. Minor reversible adjustments are fine (temporary hooks, drawstring tweaks) — no permanent changes. Style with accessories and draping. Look stunning, feel incredible.
Return & Done
Pack the garment, schedule a return pickup (prepaid label provided). Once the owner confirms it's in good condition, your security hold is released. That's it!

Get Approved
We review your listing within 24 hours — checking photo quality, measurement completeness, and pricing. Approved listings go live on the marketplace.
Accept Bookings
When a renter wants your garment, you'll get notified. Review their profile and rating, then confirm. Or enable instant booking for auto-approval.
Ship with Care
Take condition photos before packing (the app prompts 4 angles). Pack per our guidelines, attach the prepaid shipping label, and hand to the courier at pickup.
Get Paid
You receive the majority of the rental fee within 48 hours of confirmed return. Payouts go directly to your bank account — fast, reliable, and transparent.
Or Sell It
When you're ready to part with a garment permanently, mark it as 'Available to Buy' and set a price. When it sells, you keep the lion's share of the sale price.
Common Questions
What if the garment doesn't fit?
Every listing shows exact measurements in inches — bust, waist, hip, length, and more. Save your body measurements in your profile and we'll show a fit-match indicator. If it truly doesn't match the listed measurements, report within 12 hours.
How is my security hold different from a deposit?
A deposit takes money out of your account. Our security hold is a pre-authorization — your bank reserves the amount but it stays in your account. Like when a hotel swipes your card at check-in. You're never charged unless there's damage.
Can I alter the garment to fit better?
Minor reversible adjustments are allowed — temporary hooks for closure, drawstring adjustments, draping pins that leave no marks. However, cutting, permanent stitching, or any structural modification is strictly prohibited. This protects the owner's investment while giving you styling flexibility. Always check our Alteration Policy for details.
How much can I earn as a wardrobe owner?
You keep the majority of every rental fee and sale price — exact earnings are shown when you list your garment. A lehenga worth ₹60,000 can earn thousands per rental. Some owners earn ₹20,000+ per month from 3-4 active listings.
What happens if a garment is damaged?
The renter's pre-authorized security hold covers damage. Minor issues get partial deductions, major damage or unauthorized alterations result in full hold capture paid to you.
