• Body Measurements: Bust, waist, hip, and other measurements you choose to save for fit matching
• Listing Data: Garment photos, measurements, pricing, and descriptions
• Transaction Data: Rental history, payment records, shipping addresses
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers for security purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate garment rentals and sales between users
• To provide fit-match recommendations based on your saved measurements
• To process payments and payouts via our payment processing partners (Razorpay, Cashfree)
• To coordinate shipping via Shiprocket
• To send transaction updates, booking confirmations, and customer support responses
• To improve our services, personalize recommendations, and detect fraud

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• With transaction partners: Shipping addresses are shared with owners and Shiprocket for delivery
• Payment processing: Payment data is handled by our payment processing partner for that transaction (Razorpay or Cashfree) under their respective privacy policy
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

4. Body Measurements

Your body measurements are stored securely and used only for fit-match calculations. They are never shared with other users, owners, or third parties. You can delete your saved measurements at any time from your profile settings.

5. Photos & Garment Images

Garment photos uploaded by owners are displayed publicly on the Platform as part of listings. Condition photos taken during handoffs are stored securely and only accessed during dispute resolution. We do not use your photos for advertising without explicit consent.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage via Supabase, and secure payment processing via PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partners. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent for body measurement storage
